Ricardo, The Queen City Film Festival only accepts films that are about or include Cincinnati or the people who live here. It can be as actors or behind the scenes but Cincinnati has to have played a big part somehow. I wouldn’t think a film that you currently have would not qualify however as a board member of SOFA, I would be happy to introduce you to the people here to make it easier for you to make a film and use our resources for your next project so that it would indeed probably qualify for the next film fest which is an annual event.
